Life begins

where trauma ends.

Healing at the source.

A safe, somatic approach to resolving trauma and its life-altering symptoms.

The suffering that persists after trauma is not something we have to endure or live with, but rather the result of an automatic response that can be fully healed when wholly understood.

The Trauma Integration Protocol

An innovative exposure technique that focuses on organic body processes and is designed to resolve the energetic impact of stressful and overwhelming life events and experiences.

A New Therapeutic Protocol.

Developed by expert psychologists, our experiential framework emerged out of four lineages: traumatology, the neuroscience of memory, meditation techniques, and psychoanalysis.

Somatic in nature, it allows us to access the core of our traumatic experiences in order to fully heal.

Training Programs

The Healing Trauma Collective is comprised of expert practitioners who have designed, developed, and delivered extensive training programs that lead to professional certification in the Trauma Integration Protocol.

Out of the dark and
into the light.

By obtaining a deeper understanding of the symptoms of trauma, we’re able to free ourselves from its pain, without medication or chronic suffering, to step into a life full of love and connection.

What is trauma?

Trauma can be caused by everyday occurrences like car accidents, surgery, domestic violence, and most notably, childhood neglect, abandonment, or abuse. It is subjective and relative to our strengths and resources. Trauma is not just the “bad stuff” that happened, but also the “good stuff” that was supposed to happen that didn’t, known clinically as developmental trauma.

Many of the symptoms for which people seek psychotherapeutic and psychiatric help – anxiety, depression, panic attacks, rage, manic episodes, feeling disconnected, disturbed boundaries, painful relationship patterns, and addiction – arise from having experienced highly stressful or traumatic events.
